Ethernet-Komponenten sind preislich g\u00fcnstiger als Fibrechannel-Komponenten. Zudem verf\u00fcgen heutzutage die meisten Computer \u00fcber Onboard-10GbE-Ethernet-Ports. H\u00e4ufig ist die Netzwerk-Infrastruktur bereits mit OM3- oder OM4-Faser und Duplex LC\/SR Fibrechannel-Transceivern ausgestattet. F\u00fcr 10GbE- und 25GbE-Ethernet m\u00fcssen nur die FC-Transceiver durch 10GbE- bzw. 25GbE-Transceiver ersetzt werden. Aber auch f\u00fcr 50GbE oder 100GbE ist der Umstieg einfach.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n\n\t<div  class=\"vc_col-sm-4 wpb_column column_container vc_column_container col padding-3-percent inherit_tablet inherit_phone flex_gap_desktop_10px \"  data-border-radius=\"3px\" data-shadow=\"small_depth\" data-padding-pos=\"all\" data-has-bg-color=\"false\" data-bg-color=\"\" data-bg-opacity=\"1\" data-animation=\"\" data-delay=\"0\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"vc_column-inner\" ><div class=\"column-bg-overlay-wrap column-bg-layer\" data-bg-animation=\"none\"><div class=\"column-bg-overlay\"><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\n\t<p>Es stellt sich heraus, dass man lediglich die FC-Transceiver gegen QSFP28\/SR 100G-Transceiver austauschen muss, um ein 100GbE-Netzwerk zu erhalten.Je nach Fasertyp (OM-Spezifikation) kann die Kabell\u00e4nge f\u00fcr 100GbE bei 75 Metern f\u00fcr OM3, 100 Metern f\u00fcr OM4 und 150 Metern f\u00fcr OM5 liegen.Sobald dieses Problem gel\u00f6st ist, kann entschieden werden, wie die Verbindungen von den Computern zum Ethernet-Switch und von diesem Switch zum Speicher gestaltet werden sollen.
